1. What types of Payment methods do you accept?

We are currently only accepting cash at our locations, however we are working with a local bank to introduce debit and credit card payment options.

 

2. How old do you have to be to purchase from CloudPonics? 

You have to be over 21 years of age to purchase from CloudPonics, with a valid ID. Our staff will ask to see your ID upon entering the premises.  

 

3. How can you sell cannabis products in the State of Texas? 

Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a non-psychoactive compound of cannabis. Under the federal and state regulations, as long as the THC concentration is less than 0.3% of dry weight, cannabis is legal to sell. All of our products come with COA (Certificate of Analysis) so please feel free to ask us for one.

 

4. Do I need a medical cannabis license or medical card to purchase from CloudPonics? 

No! CloudPonics is licensed by the State of Texas to carry recreational cannabis, you do not need any sort of medical card to purchase from us. As long as you are 21 or older, you are welcome to come in and shop at the CloudPonics stores at all times!

 

5. What if I am from out of state?

Yes! CloudPonics accepts all customers, including those from out of state. As long as you are 21 years or older, you are welcome to come in and shop with us anytime!

 

6. Is there a legal THC amount in Texas? 

It is only legal to possess Cannabis sativa (L.), better known as hemp, with a THC concentration of less than 0.3% THC, as determined by dry weight. Possession of any other substance containing THC is still illegal in Texas. 

 

7. How should I handle the products after purchase?  

We ask that you keep your packing sealed until you arrive at your destination. Upon purchase, our staff will seal the bag with your receipt. Open container law will apply if you are operating a vehicle, so we strongly advise against using any products in public. Please consume responsibly.
